Tree prints

Next to this tree I worked with jute cloths and buckets filled with plaster. I was getting familiar with the bark and my surroundings while making the mold. The four parts of the mold I hung back around the trunk with hinges. Where for the coming years the tree needs to remember its own skin on that specific day in November. A piece of time that the tree can eventually shed.
